As your therapist, I offer a Master’s Level License in Social Work (LMSW) and over 20 years of experience helping individuals hang on to hope and heal. My journey has allowed me the opportunity to help a diversity of people including those who were unemployed, suicidal, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, who were homeless, suffering from mental and behavioral challenges and those experiencing a crisis.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most effective tools for addressing a wide variety of concerns, and I also incorporate techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and traditional Talk Therapy. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that serves as a roadmap for your healing process.
